More Songs

Turns out, we don't really have a genre.

Horses. Dogs. People. Businesses.

Country. Folk. Pop. Rap. Hip-hop.

And occasionally something we're not entirely sure has a name.

If there's a story, we'll find a way to sing it.

WHEELTOLOGY

Some stories don't fit in one genre.

Neither do some wheels.

This one started in a workshop.

Custom wheels. Carbon. Spokes. Precision.

And a guy who knows exactly what he wants.

So naturally, we made him a song that couldn't decide whether it was rap, hip-hop, indie or something else entirely.

We decided not to fix that.

Thanks, Guy, for letting us use your song.

IMPERIOSO V

“By the way, love… I bought a Spaniard.”

“You bought a what?”

“A horse.”

She wasn’t looking for one. In fact, she had promised herself she would never buy another horse.

Then she saw Imperioso V.

Five years old. Chestnut. Spanish. Gentle with people — with fire underneath him the moment the saddle goes on.

She had only seen him in videos.

It made absolutely no sense.

So, naturally, she bought him.

“I’m sorry, love. I think I lost my heart.”

Two weeks later, he would be on his way home.

Some hearts just know.

A gift from Mark to Sabine.

With a huge thank you to Mark and Sabine for letting us share their story.

BABY FACE, OLD BLOOD

Some horses look young.

Some carry centuries.

She had the face of a kid

and old blood running through her.

Her owner gave us the story.

We gave it dust,

dark roads,

and a little trouble.

Dark Americana felt about right.

WHERE I COME FROM

Some stories take a lifetime

before you know how to tell them.

This one started long before us.

With two people.

A thousand ordinary days.

And all the things a child only understands

when she isn't a child anymore.

No grand occasion.

No perfect words.

Just something that had been there

for a very long time.

So we finally gave it a song.

ALLORA ANDIAMO

Some songs remember where you’ve been.

This one wanted to leave.

A road south.

The windows down.

Mountains getting closer.

A little Italian.

A little German.

And absolutely no reason

to stay in one language.

It wasn’t written for a genre.

It was written to go somewhere.

AQUÍ

Allora Andiamo was the beginning.

A road south.
Windows down. Music a little louder.
Dogs, horses, half a life packed up — and the excitement of leaving one life behind to begin another.

But for the people behind that song, the journey carried a deeper meaning.

So they asked us for a second song.

Not about leaving.

About arriving.

AQUÍ begins where Allora Andiamo ends.

There are still boxes by the doorway.
Another key. Another hillside. Another name to learn.

But this time, the story doesn't need to run.

Two dogs sleeping in the garden.
A glass left on the table.
Evening falling across the water.

And two people who have spent a lifetime being very good at going somewhere begin to wonder whether, perhaps, they don't need another road.

Aquí.

Here.

Not every new chapter begins with leaving.

Sometimes it begins with realizing
you've arrived.

DOGS

Some come with old souls.

Some come with bad ideas.

Some run beside you.

Some run straight through your life.

They don't sound the same.

Neither should their songs.

Three dogs. Three stories.

Three completely different songs.

I'D KNOW YOU ANYWHERE
Amira — warm, deep, and impossible to forget.

TWO WAYS TO RUN
Two Border Collies. Aine & Dyn.
Same road. Completely different ways of taking it.

MISS PINK
Binti — young, bright, slightly ridiculous, and very much herself.
