Digital delivery only

FOUR STRAYS MUSIC CO. creates personalised songs and delivers all completed orders digitally.

Our standard offer does not include physical products or postal shipping.

What you will receive

Your order includes:

• One individually created personalised song

• Individually designed digital cover artwork

• The complete song lyrics

• A translation of the lyrics where the song is written in a language different from your own

Your order also includes one reasonable revision round during the creative process.

When your song will be delivered

After placing your order, a member of FOUR STRAYS MUSIC CO. will contact you personally within 24 hours to discuss your story and wishes.

You will receive a preview of your song and have the opportunity to provide feedback within the included revision round.

Once you give your final approval (“GO”), we prepare your completed digital materials for delivery.

Because every song is individually created, production times may vary. Any stated timeframe is an estimate unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed.

How your song will be delivered

Your completed song and accompanying materials will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout or through another digital delivery method agreed with you.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you can receive messages from team@fourstrays.com.

Delivery costs

Digital delivery is included in the purchase price. There are no shipping or postage charges.

Problems with delivery

If you do not receive your files, cannot access them or experience technical difficulties, please contact us at team@fourstrays.com.

We will help you access your order or arrange a replacement digital delivery where appropriate.

Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
