4. AI-assisted creative production

We use creative software and AI-assisted services as part of our production process, including:

• Suno, for AI-assisted music generation and production

• OpenAI / ChatGPT, for assistance with writing, creative development and visual artwork

Information supplied for a personalised song may be processed through these services where necessary for the creative work.

We aim to minimise the personal information shared with external services and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive details.

These providers may process and retain information under their own applicable terms, privacy policies and contractual arrangements. Their retention periods and deletion procedures may differ from ours.

Creative source materials: We generally retain customer stories, personal photographs, working drafts and unused song versions for up to 90 days after completion of the order, after which we delete them from our active production storage unless a lawful reason requires longer retention.

Business and accounting records: We retain invoices, transaction information and other legally required business records for the periods prescribed by applicable law.

External providers: Information processed by third-party services may be subject to their own retention and deletion arrangements. Our internal retention periods do not necessarily determine how long independent providers retain information.

Where appropriate, we may retain information for longer if required to comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
